it's not going to work out - at least not on my 20s. I figured 200w @ 4ohm would be enough to push em' but they just ended up getting swallowed by them. Not to mention the bass panels were overpowering with the XPA-1's pushing them along.What's funny is I've ran my 100 VTL tubes on the tweet/mids and they had no problem whatsoever co-existing with the XPA's.
I'm thinking a single 7BSST or a pair of 4BS/SST is what I'd really need to get to the output level of my Emotiva UPA-1's. But that's not going to happen anytime soon.
So for now I'll use the 3B for my living room system and Gunned MMGs or put them back on ebay and turn a profit on it.
