RE: LRS hard to drive

I am running my LRS in a large room with a 100wpc tube amp. The volume
control never goes beyond 11 oclock, and I like the sound I am hearing.
I listen only to acoustic music and never at eardrum shattering levels.
So no, I don't think the LRS are hard to drive, but I don't think you
can hook them up to a cheap ChiFi amp either. And I am sure that they
would sound better with a ballsier amp than mine.

I have not hear the .7s.

Personally, I think the 1.7s are the next step up after the LRS. I don't
think you will get enough extra from the .7s to justify the extra cost
over the LRS.
