Not in my opinion, no. But that's pretty much as close as is (real-world) possible. (With regard to coherency.)
I didn't mention point source, but the ESL-63 is a long way from being one of those.If we could magically create something the size of ping-pong ball that could exhibit good response over the entire audio band with decent SPL, then you'd have a coherent (acoustically) point source radiator.
"Phase-coherent" and "time-coherent" have been bastardized into marketing terms in the audio world these days. Even though they can describe legitimate radiation characteristics of speaker systems.
