The schematic drawn in a normal convention looks like this.Physically, S1 and S2 together form a tweeter identical to the 1.6.....if you connect them together. So, if you lift one leg of C2 you now have a conventional 1.6 tweeter, and the "super tweeter" aspect is disabled.
