RE: anyone know how to remove a MG 1.7 XO plate w/o it crumbling like a cookie?

That crossover has been modified. The yellow wire that goes to the super-tweeter is missing and it looks like he's reconfigured to extend the remaining tweeter section all the way up.

He did it in a very clumsy way though. The proper way would be to just lift one leg of the 10uF capacitor.
