I get your point here. We shouldn't get into a debate over semantics or advertising hype. We know that spin is free and that manufacturers will always want to shine the best light on their products.
What I can say about the Wyred4Sound SX1000R monoblock amps is that they always ran cool in my system even at high volume and provided lots of headroom. They certainly have the other music related issues mentioned earlier.
My preferred amplification is the Sanders Magtech on most material by a wide margin. That said, the light weight Wyered4Sound monoblocks are very revealing amps and a nice inexpensive alternative. They make great back-up amps and don't take up much storage space.
