Seriously, with tubes, 100wpc should be plenty of amplification for smaller Maggies in the right listening environment. The size of the room usually indicates whether you have enough "ooomph" to get the most out of music at a given level of amplification.
Also, I'm assuming your amplifier and preamp gain are well matched sensitivity-wise. Of course, if you're using an integrated tube amp that's a moot point.
Should you need to move well past 3 o'clock to get a satisfying listening level, it might indicate you're amp is pushing it's limit and underpowered for your needs or that your preamp isn't a good match for your tube amp, but it looks to me like you're in the right ballpark.
