I don't agree with Wendell that a non-dipole subwoofer is not suitable for mating with Magnepan speakers. They are suitable, but the integration just has to be approached in a different way.
Also, much depends upon size/shape/Schroeder-frequency of the room when making choices for subwoofers.
I suspect an upcoming dipole woofer offering is coming from Magnepan. :)
Regardless, dipole woofers mated with Magnepan's are not a new thing and are preferable to conventional subwoofers.....all things considered.
