In the sense that the transducers themselves (the motor structures) can't be altered in dynamic capabilities.
However, it's certainly possible that an end-user might decide to apply some mass to the diaphragm to alter its characteristics for some purpose. (In that particular case the conclusion would probably be you took away dynamic capability from the driver.)
Anyways, the transducers themselves, when fabricated at the Magnepan factory emerge with defined electrical and physical characteristics.
When you change the framing material/construction/mounting and/or change the stands, you are altering the "system" characteristics in a way that might benefit dynamics or "dynamics", but you are not altering the basic capabilities of the transducer unit.
