First, consider a large used maggie that will be able to fill that size room without forcing you into a near field listening position. A working Tympani IV or IVa model will cost about $2k depending on condition. An early model 3.x should cost you under $1k in good working condition. Though you would still want subwoofers with that, it would at least have a chance to fill in enough of the room so that you would not need to sit right by the speakers.
The LRS will work at close quarters in the room, well away from the wall. You will eventually want to get subwoofers.
Do get the Pharaoh, you will want its extra power, and it sounds better by all accounts. It will also allow you to upgrade to a larger maggie without needing to upgrade the amp along with it.
