If this is true or believed to be true, you should approach manufacturers about it. I'm sure that those manufacturing "D" Class amplification would be interested in your concerns, debating them if scientifically disprovable or addressing the issues through improving design parameters.
Please know that I'm not discounting what you're claiming, but I haven't heard anything like the sound distortions you've researched. Also, given that designs evolve, I'd like to know if this is an inherent problem with Class D amplification or just a problem with early module designs.
BTW, I'm impressed by your design efforts in our conversation below. You apparently have some design/engineering expertise in your background. While I'm still not sold on wood frames as a solution to real or perceived resonance transmitted through rigid metal frames, your concept does look ingenious.
