I think he was making a point that the smaller panels would have benefited from being taller and they didn't need to be so wide. I didn't feel a need for more bass. Maybe in a home theater setting you might need a sub woofer to make the booms.He also mentioned how they didn't expect to sell a ton of these but they wanted to make the brand known.
It's my understanding that the big speaker market is dwindling. Most of the people there were 40+, with a heavy leaning to 50+.
