Break-in time varies. It's been my experience that Maggies will noticeably improve over days, weeks and months, and will continue improving ...albeit less noticeably... for years.
Of course, speaker positioning and what's upstream will have an impact as well (power/cables/preamp/interconnects/source components). That said, I wouldn't recommend making any serious system tweaks or upgrades until your speakers have been broken in for a good six months of listening time. Just sayin'.
