Back 30+ years ago or so Old Dominion Freight was the recommended shipper. I used them to ship a pair of T-1Ds to Magnepan back then. About 10 years ago, I shipped a pair of 3.6s.Not sure I'd use them today. Their tracking system was quite outdated back then. They used tractor trailers for home delivery and they got stuck on my dead-end street the last time because there was no place to turn around. The driver freaked out. Had to turn around on a neighbor's yard in 6 inches of snow.
Still remember it like it was yesterday.
