You suspect right, no jig included. I'll be free-handing these although a pencil is recommended to do the turns. The wiring is space differently on one side of the panels. The wire is spaced more closely together there. That would make a jig a lil' more difficult to make.
A run to Home Depot for the Pop Rivet tool I wanted was a bust. It would have cost me twice as much for the one they did have and a package of 50 rivets, which were too big I think anyway. Plan "B". Small nylon screws & nuts.
