I hace a similar problem with my MG-2.5's. In troubleshooting it, I found out that one panel had a higher resistance than the other. In this case it was from an atempt to patch a broken wire on one of the panels. Maybe there is something like a dirty connection or a weak solder joint raising the resistance of one of your speakers? Maybe it's as simple as a bad or out-of-spec cap on the crossover. Are your crossovers stock?
