It's maybe as much art as science to fill it in,
But it can be done.
Don't assume which way the sub should face. It could face in any direction in a 360 degree circle.
Realize that adjusting level affects the crossover point, and vice-versa. And don't forget phase.
The sub cannot get too far away from the mains either, or the sound won't habng together.
Re level, I often find it useful to replace the dinky stock level control knob with one of those giant ones from Radio Shack to make finer adihustments.
Getting it right IS NOT easily accomplished.
But the best things are usually worth the hassle.
To be clear, I'm talking about bringing a sub in from 40 Hz or lower.
Best regards,
Jim Smith
