one other quick comment. After measuring with REW, I determined that the tweeter was NOT 2db to hot. So I reset the -2db trim on the tweeter back to 0db and made the various REW measurements you see posted here.

I guess that the Radio Shack SPL meter is not as accurate as the REW with mic setup.
