On the other end of the spectrum - I bought a QSC GX3 pro-amp for $220 on Cyber Monday to drive the MMG's (1.7's on order). Could not be happier. An integrated it is not, but does have RCA input (in addition to balanced inputs). Around 200W continuous, 400W 'peak' into 4ohm, stays very cool, and quiet once I soldered a 50ohm resistor into the fan circuit... Using pro-amps is not something very common in audiophile circles but allows lots of money left over for other toys. Try it, you might like it :)
If not, I suggest NAD as well, cannot go wrong with it.
