When I get a chance today I'm going to pull the electronics out of the woofer "cube" and take a look. Maybe they already use good quality caps and such and I won't be tempted to tweak anything in there. They're playing in the background now. Hooked to a Sony SCD-CE595 with just a DIY passive pre controlling the volume. Sounds real good.
