Great job ! Just wait until those crossovers are broken in, heh,heh.
Sorry you didn't notice a difference with the stands. I had the luxury of being able to bolt mine into a concrete floor= quicker attack, seemingly lower pitch, DETAIL in bass strings, vibration, skin sounds on kick drums etc.
But the crossover sure made the biggest difference. It got better over a two week break-in period. Enjoy - you did a great job !
(Yes, those staples are a mother. I think there are about 80 or so per speaker. And just when you think you're done, you unfold a bit of sock and Tada, MORE STAPLES !)
