I was going to suggest a DIY inductor. You can use standard PVC sizes for core.
Design upon request. My numbers indicate DCR of about 5% less than 'stock' while being made of 14 ga wire, which will end any power handling issues pretty much forever. also, being aircore, saturation becomes just something to argue about.
Cost of DIY? Don't know current copper price, but once I could buy enough wire, at about 150ft per inductor to do a bunch at once. Can't find the link right now, but it was like an 11 or 12 pound spool which had NOT been respooled or handled...since manufacture.
