The Maggy pins are great. I use them on my 1.6's and I use the post conversion on my 3.6. They will accomodate a large wire gauge which you need with the Maggy. Don't use cheap small gauge wire or your amp will be huffing and puffing. Use at least 10-12awg. The Maggy pins fit very tight and tighten down very nice. Great to use. I prefer the binding posts, but if you have to ship the speakers for repair...a problem...the posts stick out. You can get the pins through Michael Percy audio. Get the silver Rhodium ones. Jeff
