The Amazon thing is apparently beyond my control.
They have the book listed as if they used to sell it. I have NEVER sold Get Better Sound to those guys!
They say it's out of stock and aren't sure when or if it will return. They even give it a sales ranking, which is, at best, untrue.
Guess I'm too small to be able to get them to stop this devious practice.
The only place to get it is through the GBS website or by calling.
