Somehow all Quad owners end up on the path to low frequency extension. There are some very bad solutions out there for what is an exceptional realworld speaker. My search ended with the MT audio active crossover. 24db at 100hz designed for the 63/Gradient combination but flexible enough for use with the other 57/88/89 speakers. It is made in Sweden, inexpensive ands its designer is helpful and responsive. For Quad owners it is the best solution I have found after 12 years of Quad ownership.r
