... of even a fast tube amplifier is still just slow enough to delight me in that I don't hear the excited membrane & screens vibrating. So, I get all the resolution of a ESL without the sonic sterility of unwanted shimmering characteristic noise. A definite win win scenario (no pun intended).Speaking of ML hybrids, I find the speed discrepancy of a CSL versus a dynamic cone woofer is a gap helped serendipidously closed by tube powered stat & a SS powered woofer.
