My apologies if I insulted anyone; however, no one's exempt from critisism when presented in a public forum such as this. In fact, if I were introducing a new product (which I'm totally unqualified to do) I'd welcome any and all critisism; for what better arena would you find the perfect demographic of planar lovers to present a new product? I also agree it's the sound which most should base their final analysis upon; however, we also know 'image' is what a lot of folks look for in a product as well.The best of luck in his endeavors.
