You might be interested in looking at the August 2003 news on the newformresearch.com website under expert advise. John has put together a very inexpensive crossover/ amplification system (under $1,000) including a digital crossover, cabling, and digital amplification. This setup removes the resisters, caps, and coils and John reports very impressive sound.Rich Linder
