No, I didn't ... I simply modelled the passive XO and then applied similar filters in my active XO.

There may well be such a 'hole' - but if there is ... my belief is that this would be caused by the XO. So no 'tuning' of the panel is required - simply an adjustment of the XO component values to bring the LP & HP 'roll-off points':
* closer together if there's a 'hole' at the XO frequ
* or further apart, if there's a 'bump' at the XO frequ.
An REW sweep should tell you whether any 'XO holes' exist.
