I had read the Rod Elliott article and picked up that back-EMF from a woofer affects the tweeter worse with a series XO ... but are you saying that the fact that, in a Maggie, the tweeter & woofer share the same sheet of mylar reduces the negative effect on the tweeter, of back-EMF from the woofer?I agree with you about the marketing reason for Magnepan not continuing with series XOs.
