I've got a friend who insists that amps under 500 watts combined are mere toys... Now, he _occasionally_ uses all 350/side of his Pflame Linears, so I will give him that, but if we blindfolded him, I don't think he could tell the difference, until a "smaller" amp started clipping as his mains hit 120db or so...
