Dear Inmates,

I am neglecting a pile of work which demands more attention, but, this is more entertaining. You are a very creative bunch and I am amused at how you responded to my suggestion.

You are reading too much into it. There is no conspiracy. And, no, we can't help with materials, etc. when delivery of 3.7s is sometime in September and we are 6 weeks behind on 1.7s.

Where is Josh when you need him? This needs to be a collaborative effort between Inmates. I notice that you do it on other ideas --- why not this one?

And, yes, this proposed speaker has the potential to surpass the usual mods. BTW, we try cut-and-dry tweaks just as you have, & consequently experimented with the same ideas.

I risk getting in trouble with the boss for badmouthing our own product, but, the MMG is a “Volkswagen”. You really need to strip it down to the diaphragm to make a real “hod-rod”.

What is the best 500 watt amplifier that can be tried with this speaker? --- that isn't too expensive?

Now, I have to get back to work -- even if it isn't entertaining.
