...you have enough power.
I have MMGs and a 100wpc tube amp. More than enough power for my small room. Glorious midrange, crisp highs and deep controlled bass. Fifty or sixty wpc would work fine for acoustic string quartet in a small room. For most music, at higher volumes, Maggies need current.
