It's terrible that this guy ripped you off. You have my sympathy and I hope your losses are repaid in full, and that the person who did this gets his just desserts. But according to Mart's comments he was not a Magnepan agent and he used their email address without their permission. If this is true, I don't understand why you would feel justified in suing Magnepan. Is there something I don't understand or am unaware of regarding this disagreement?
