Magnepan & Guy Brummel Class Action Lawsuit

I am looking for other people who have been burned by Magnepan and Guy Brummel. I am out hard earned money for a pair of 20.1's that I paid for almost two years ago and have never received.

Magnepan disavows any responsibility for my loss even though my contact was with guy@magnepan.com. I am tired of waiting and have no more patience for either Magnepan's non caring or Guy's avoidance of my emails.

Please let me know as soon as possible. I already have an attorney setup to file the suit against both. We will attempt to have criminal charges brought against Guy if my money is not returned immediately or the speakers are not provided.
