And if he pulled through it would have benefitted Magne, which is why they allowed it. And, there may have been a financial interest between Guy and Steve, although that is speculation. But that is why the company is on the hook, not out of any baseless attempt to extort money from a deep pockets defendant.Assume Magneplanar owes you the speakers.
Assume Guy Brummel is a crook.
Take action accordingly.
