I think you should go after magnepan as well as Guy. Do you have emails or something in writing that puts magnepan and Guy with each other? Should you have this you should talk to a lawyer. I know of one who is very good at this game.Did you send any money?There are state and fed laws that deal with interstate money transactions that Magnepan and Guy have to live with.I would think Magnepan and Guy Brummel expect you will not go to far with this as it will cost you some cash.
You could go to small claims with this, list Guy brummel and the CEO of magnepan. Under our state laws the CEO and Guy would be forced to come to our state to do mediation or each will forfeit the max amount of money allowed by small claim. This would get you some of your cash back. Should any of the parties show up you might reach a settlement no one is allowed to use a lawyer in the mediation.Should you go foward with a law suit I would contact all the people Guy sold to using the magnepan name. I would ask anyone who feels they have been taken by Magnepan or Guy to join in your action.I would also ask anyone who feels they have been taken to tell there story on the planar page.
