Well, I have been patient enough and I think it is time to share my tragedy. Around June of 2001, I was approached by guy@magnepan.com about buying a new pair of MG20.1R's. I made a deal with him and I was told I would have the speakers in 6 - 8 weeks. Well, over 1 year and 2 months later, still nothing. Guy has not returned my emails or phone calls and Magnepan will do nothing about it. Wendell, while being a nice guy, admits the relationship between Magnepan and Guy, however, will not provide me with my speakers. He insists that Guy, while selling Magnepan products for them, is not a dealer. How can this be?Is Magnepan responsible to provide me with the speakers?
I have initiated a law suit against Guy, should one be initiated against Magnepan as well?I am disgusted. I am getting no satisfaction from anyone and want to make sure everyone here is aware of the practices of both Magnepan and Guy Brummel.
