What does "nick badly" mean??

Yeah, i think it is like a putty kind of like a cross between play dough and silly putty, a bit like blu-tak. It comes in a wheel and you pull off strips. I tried this because it is already in the size for the pole pieces. But the Cascade is better and believe it or not, the Rope caulk was tougher to remove. If you look at some of those pole piece photos in the write up, you can see some of the film that it left behind.

This link shows how it looks right out of the box. If you pull off a strip and rolled it in your hand it would make a little ball.
