Hi Mart,- Assume you meant an 8 ohm Mills resistor (the link lists 12w resistors) or an 8w 4 ohm resistor?
- The Zobel would be the Mills resistor + .47mf AudioCap Theta cap
In addition to trying this, you suggest also using the bypass cap:
- in place of the AudioCap?
- in place of the entire Zobel?
(Just want to make sure I understand correctly and don't do anything silly ie. that I will regret!)Side question: I thought that the resister value tended to typically be close to the impedance rating of the speaker, which for the maggies would be @ 4 ohms (if I my assumption for an 8 ohm resister above was correct).
