RE: Any nation responsible enough to limit birthrate to replacement level...

First of all, the lack of babies is worldwide, despite price supports. Even China has abandoned the 1-child drive. The population is beginning to plateau and is expected to start falling before 2050.
How will lack of workers or tax funds solve anything?
How will elderly you lying in feces because of lack of help or funds be part of the solution?
