You're right, 16 cents is total joke and waste of money. But the settlement for 50 million people adds up to real money even after the lawyers take 30 or 50% plus costs.This is funny.
16 cents mailed to 50 Million people: $8 million
60 cents for postage: $30 million
$1 for envelopes, printing and processing: $50 million
With other litigation costs, as much as $100 million and another $100 million for the lawyers.
Considering it might be an class of Apple iPhone users, how many are there? 100 million, 200 million?
