I started keeping a spreadsheet of utility bills starting over twenty years ago and can observe a number of trends.
The increase in price from same time last year was nominal based upon latest billing - $1.93/cf vs. $1.87/cf. The big jump came in 2021 when it was previously $1.04/cf. Just like that of inflation.
