You advocate that the solution is a mileage tax. My issue is that the vast majority of people are already paying a gas tax. To be fair, any mileage tax should be fair for all. Thus, the gas tax should be repealed if a mileage tax is the chosen methodology for a fair transportation tax. Otherwise, it's double taxation.
