It has already started.
Gasoline is virtually back where it started (actually below year ago prices where I am). A matter of time for other things. More meaningful guesses might be made if your question wasn't quite so open ended, but FWIW, my guess is 3rd quarter of 23 we'll have something more "normal". Realize that some things will never go back. Like wages. Once that genie is outta the bottle it's near impossible to put it back.
There will be fits and starts as the global economy figures out how to be less global with respect to supply chains ... at least as we understood them pre-pandemic. Capital will ebb and flow until we reach a new balance.
In the end though, you can never cross the same river twice.
