tracks are designed and planed to wear out fairly fast. Don't think your going to get 50K miles on them! Be thing three thousand at best. Sand is it's worst enemy, and mud ain't far behind. That tank probably to a round in the track or hit a small mine. Even more interesting is the factoid that the crew didn't attempt to "short track" it and make it back to their rear area. Perhaps the Russians were never trained in that old field repair.
What they'll be looking at is the time for an ammo exchange and barrel position. Ammo storage is already known, but how long does it take to get a round out of it when there is an auto loader failure. They'll go over the thermo imaging gun sight looking for errors built into it and of course how to defeat it. Then the laser sight will get the same treatment. Then they will look at the CPU to see how it ticks and how to jam it. While studying it they'll learn how the hydraulic system functions, and catalog the weak points. Same with the electrical power supply, and how to get to it.
If they really have that tank in their hands, I suspect a C17 will fly it to Yuma or Dayton Ohio. A year from now there will be a complete set of blue prints on file
