Postal Grunt

Evidence of the return of polio is showing up in NYC. I'm old enough to have been immunized with the first polio vaccines when I was in grammar school and got another shot when I enlisted in the USAF during the Viet Nam War. I went to college and worked with childhood polio victims who were hospitalized for treatment. Their experiences didn't sound all that romantic at all.

After watching all the resistance to Covid vaccines, I hope that it gets nipped in the bud in NYC. Polio is a disease that is on a much different and higher plane of reality than Covid. It's serious stuff.
