Inmate Central, where civil and family-friendly discourse about off-audio topics (other than religion and politics) is welcome.

One of my colleagues...

...had a son who wasn't the "sharpest knife in the drawer". He wasn't "disabled" (fishing for a better word, to no avail) or anything like that, but it took him three tries to pass the ASVAB test and get in. Yeah, then he went to Iraq and Afghanistan and played with our "big-boy" toys. Last I heard, he was going for a full career and retirement.

"And today is for sale and it's all you can afford. Buy your own admission. The whole things got you bored. Well the Lord chooses the good ones, and the bad ones use the Lord"--a very dear friend for decades Michael Stanley (Gee)--RIP
