...my Tesla has a cooled (and warmed) battery, and this is my first experiment in the EV-spectrum, but I know the basics of the effect of heat and cold on electronics/batteries and what rapid-charging involves.
Mine is a 2019 with only 30-odd K miles on it as of now, and still shows "full range", but again, I don't know if that's because it was intentionally underrated, or I/we don't drive it like it was stolen on a regular basis.
I'm more interested in the battery in this SF90 hybrid--and that info is far harder to come-by. Mine has the 9 kWh battery--the first models had a 7.9 kWh battery--the all-EV range went from ~15 miles to 20+ miles. Fuel-efficiency is not it's strong-suit--was never the intention--the 986 hp combined output was--it ain't a Prius--e-mileage is 51, combined and highway are 18--not impressive--but 2.5 sec 0-60 is LOL.
