I put $160 in the tank of my pick-up truck just the the other day. It wasn't quite that high, but it was over $5/gal. Off-road diesel is about a buck a gallon cheaper, but don't get caught using it in a road vehicle--the fines are ridiculous. There's no difference in grade/formulation, but off-road diesel is dyed red, so the cops/DOT can tell if they "stick" your tank--they have dipsticks with white swabs on them--if it comes out red, you're dead--or at least about $1K lighter in the wallet.
